Course Breakdown

Day 1 — Friday, October 23 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Day one is classroom and foundation. We cover surgical extraction principles, how to read root anatomy and plan your approach, and the difference between the cases you can handle confidently and the ones that need more preparation. From there we move into socket preservation — the biology of what happens after extraction and why protecting that environment matters for everything that comes after. The afternoon is dedicated to bone grafting fundamentals, graft and membrane selection, and a full introduction to PRF — what it is, how it's prepared, and how to integrate it into your extraction and grafting workflow. We close with soft tissue management, suturing technique, and post-operative protocols so you're ready to be chairside tomorrow.

‍ ‍

Day 2 — Saturday, October 24 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Today is live patients from the first hour. We begin with a brief morning case review — going through each patient's imaging and plan before anyone sits down. Then we're chairside. Surgical extractions and socket grafting happen together the way they do in real practice — as each extraction is completed, we move directly into socket preservation, graft placement, PRF integration, and closure. You're doing the full sequence on each patient, start to finish. Dr. Andy is with you the entire time, talking through every decision as it happens. We close the day with a full case debrief and make sure you leave with a clear, repeatable protocol you can bring back to your practice.
