Her leadership in community engagement reflects CARE’s philosophy that the best outcomes come from collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to health and confidence.
With more than 32 years of experience in the spa and esthetics industry, Kerri’s philosophy is simple: truly radiant skin begins with whole-body wellness. Healthy skin reflects balance, vitality, and thoughtful care from the inside out.
Every treatment begins with listening. Kerri takes time to understand each patient’s skin, goals, and the unique factors influencing their complexion. From there, she develops a personalized approach designed to restore balance, improve texture and hydration, and support the skin’s natural renewal. Kerri has extensive experience treating concerns such as acne, congestion, dryness, and visible signs of aging, helping patients achieve clearer, healthier skin.

With more than 20 years of experience in the dental field, Azu plays a key role in delivering the compassionate, patient-centered care that defines CARE | Smiles + Skin. As a highly skilled dental and surgical assistant, she supports advanced procedures while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Azu has extensive experience assisting in complex surgical procedures, including dental implant surgery and sedation dentistry. She is certified in both phlebotomy and IV therapy, allowing her to support the clinical team during advanced procedures while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and comfort.
One of Azu’s greatest strengths is patient education. She takes time to guide patients through each step of their care—explaining procedures, answering questions, and helping them understand their treatment plans. Her calm presence and clear communication help reduce anxiety and create a positive experience for patients undergoing everything from routine treatment to advanced surgical care.
Azu has also contributed to professional education, teaching alongside Dr. Andy Burton at courses across the United States. Through these programs, she has helped train dental teams in surgical assistance, patient coordination, and the clinical systems that support successful implant and surgical practices.

Born and raised in Hood River, Alondra brings more than a decade of experience in the healthcare field as a dental and surgical assistant, along with a deep passion for advanced esthetic care. Her background in clinical healthcare gives her a unique perspective on skin health—combining medical precision with an artistic approach to rejuvenation.
Alondra is continually expanding her knowledge and clinical scope. She has traveled across the United States teaching alongside Dr. Andy Burton, helping share advanced techniques and innovations in patient care. She further advanced her esthetic training at the acclaimed Aesthetics Institute in Portland, Oregon, where she refined her skills in modern regenerative and technology-based skin treatments.
At CARE | Smiles + Skin, Alondra specializes in advanced aesthetic procedures designed to restore healthy, radiant skin. Her treatments include comfortable diode laser hair reduction, intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy for pigmentation and signs of aging, and microneedling to stimulate collagen and improve skin texture. She is known for delivering natural-looking results while prioritizing patient comfort and long-term skin health.
Recognized as one of Oregon’s highly trained advanced estheticians, Alondra combines clinical expertise with a warm, welcoming approach that reflects the CARE philosophy—where science, technology, and personalized care come together to help every patient look and feel their best. ✨

As Director of Operations at CARE | Smiles + Skin, Megan brings more than a decade of experience in dental and healthcare leadership. She is known for building strong teams, developing scalable systems, and creating operational structures that support both exceptional patient care and long-term practice growth.
Prior to joining CARE, Megan served as Vice President of Strategy for GPS, where she helped guide operational strategy and performance initiatives for more than 150 dental offices across the United States. In this role, she collaborated with leadership teams to implement systems, strengthen practice performance, and support sustainable growth through data-driven strategy.
Megan also previously served as Director of Operations at Timber Dental, where she helped lead the expansion of a multi-practice organization while developing key departments including marketing, human resources, and talent acquisition. Her background includes extensive experience in leadership development, operations management, and building systems that help teams thrive. Resume - Megan Snyder

Expertise & Leadership
Dr. Andy is one of only eleven Board Certified Dental Implant specialists in Oregon and among just 650 worldwide. His credentials—DMD, DABOI/ID, FAAID, and FADII—reflect the highest level of expertise in implant dentistry. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Burton has demonstrated his skill through rigorous examination and peer review.
Beyond his practice, Dr. Burton is a leader in the field. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and as Board Liaison for the Educational Oversight Committee. He is the director of two Continuing Education programs: the Puerto Rico AAID Maxicourse and Implant Masters Inc. As co-founder of the Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency Foundation, he helped develop North America's only 3-year Masters of Science Post-Doctoral Program in Comprehensive Oral Implantology at Jacksonville University, where he shares his expertise with fellow dentists.
Dr. Andy specializes in complex cases, using advanced techniques like nerve repositioning and zygomatic implants to help patients who were previously told implants were impossible. With hundreds of implant and bone graft procedures each year, his expertise in bone regeneration, grafting, and full mouth reconstruction is unmatched. And with specialized training in IV sedation, he ensures your comfort every step of the way.
Where It All Began
Dr. Andy's journey started with a desire to serve others and alleviate pain and suffering from ill-fitting dentures. His father suffered for more than 57 years with dentures before experiencing the transformative smile process with dental implants provided by Dr. Andy himself.
He continued his training with advanced post-doctoral studies at the University of Florida and also served proudly as a Dental Officer in the U.S. Navy’s 13th Dental Battalion at Camp Pendleton, California. Since 2001, he has devoted his career to helping patients restore comfort, confidence, and health through full mouth reconstruction and implant dentistry. His passion lies in combining the latest techniques with a gentle, caring approach—helping people feel at ease while achieving truly life-changing results.
Driven by a vision to help others, Dr. Andy founded Implant Masters, a mentorship program that empowers dentists to expand their skills and better serve their patients. This same commitment to comprehensive, personalized care led him to establish CARE Esthetics in the stunning setting of Hood River.
