Full Arch Implants
A complete, fixed smile—rebuilt and restored in one coordinated treatment.
If you've lost most or all of your teeth—or you're facing that future with failing teeth, advanced gum disease, or dentures that have never felt right—full arch implants can give you back a smile that's fixed, stable, and built to last. Not a plate you take out at night, but a complete set of teeth that look natural, feel secure, and let you eat, speak, and laugh with confidence again.
At CARE | Smiles + Skin, full arch restoration is one of the most life-changing treatments we provide, and we plan every case from start to finish under one roof. Using full digital planning, guided surgery, and biocompatible materials, we can replace an entire arch of teeth on as few as four to six implants—restoring not just your smile, but your bite, your nutrition, and your quality of life.
Full Arch Implant Restoration: All-on-4 & All-on-X
All-on-4 and All-on-X replace a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a single, fixed bridge anchored on just a few precisely placed implants. Because the implants are angled to take advantage of your strongest available bone, most patients can avoid extensive grafting—and many leave their first surgical visit with a set of provisional teeth in place.
Once healing is complete, your permanent restoration is secured to the implants. Unlike a traditional denture, it doesn't move, doesn't cover the roof of your mouth, and is removable only by your dentist. It's the closest thing to having your own natural teeth back: stable enough to eat what you love, and crafted to look completely natural.
Full arch implants may be right for you if:
You're missing most or all of your teeth in one or both arches
Your current dentures slip, click, or are uncomfortable
You have failing teeth from advanced gum disease or decay
You've been told you've lost too much bone for implants (we have solutions)
You want a permanent, fixed alternative to removable dentures
Implant-Retained Dentures & Overdentures
For patients who want the stability of implants with a more flexible or economical option, implant-retained dentures and overdentures are an excellent solution.
Instead of resting on your gums and relying on adhesive, these dentures snap securely onto a small number of implants—dramatically improving stability, comfort, and confidence while still being removable for easy cleaning. It's a meaningful upgrade from traditional dentures, and a great fit for patients who want a secure bite without a fully fixed restoration.
Built for the Long Term
Biocompatible materials
Your implants and restoration are made from materials chosen to integrate cleanly with your body and hold up to years of daily use. We don't cut corners on what goes into your mouth, because this is a smile meant to last.
One coordinated team
Your surgical, restorative, and follow-up care all happen under one roof with a single team. That continuity keeps treatment seamless and means nothing gets lost in handoffs between offices.
Holistic treatment planning
We plan your full-arch restoration with your whole-body health in mind, not just the teeth themselves. That bigger-picture view leads to results that look great and support your overall wellbeing.
Digital, guided precision
We design your new smile virtually and place every implant with guided accuracy using 3D imaging. The plan is locked in before treatment begins, making the entire process more predictable and efficient.
